From the North:
Take I-95 south and merge onto I-295 south. Proceed approx. 28 miles onto San Jose Blvd/SR-13 south. Turn right (south) and go approx. 9 miles. Worthington Park will be 3.8 miles past Race Track Rd. Turn left into Worthington Park and right onto Addison Ct.
From the South:
Take I-95 north and merge onto CR-210 west. Proceed approximately 4.7 miles onto Greenbriar Rd for approx. 5.2 miles where the road will dead end at SR-13. Turn right (north) and Worthington Park will be 1 mile north of Greenbriar Rd. Turn right into Worthington Park and right onto Addison Court.
