From the North:Take I-95 south and exit onto Beach Blvd, heading east. In approx. 11 miles, you will pass Hodges Blvd, approx. a 1/2 mile past Hodges Blvd, turn left onto Discovery Way (2nd left after Hodges Blvd). Proceed to our model homes that will be on the right.
From the South:
Take I-95 north and exit onto SR-9A, heading north. In approx. 7 miles, take a right onto J. Turner Butler Blvd/SR-202 east. Go approx. 2.6 miles to Hodges Blvd and turn left. Continue approx. 2.5 miles and turn right onto Beach Blvd. Proceed approx. a 1/2 mile past Hodges Blvd and turn left onto Discovery Way (2nd left after Hodges Blvd). Continue to our model homes that will be on the right.
From the Beach:
Take Beach Blvd west over the intracoastal waterway and past San Pablo Rd, approx. 1 mile. Once past San Pable Rd, turn right onto Discovery Way. Our model homes will be on the right.
